About

20+ years bridging strategy and the field

Andy Booth is the Director of SusCircle Partners. He is a senior social performance specialist with extensive strategic and implementation experience across the extractives, energy and nature sectors. Andy has held senior social performance roles at Anglo American, Tullow Oil, ERM and BG Group.

His experience across both corporate and field-based roles gives him a strong appreciation of local operating realities alongside the organisational systems needed to manage social risks and impacts effectively. His expertise spans social performance strategy, stakeholder engagement, socio-economic development, land access, displacement and resettlement, mine closure and social transition.
